First interview

The first interviewee is a young adult who was having his lunch in Berjaya Time Square's MarryBrown. From the interview, i find out that this person enjoy visiting MarryBrown because he thinks that the environment is comfortable and the price of the food for MarryBrown is low. He also thinks that there are vast choice of food which is serve in MarryBrown and the food are tasty. These are the main attraction for him to choose to have his lunch at MarryBrown. In this interview my hypothesis is correct as the interviewee agrees with my hypothesis

The second interviewee is a teenager who was having her meal at the MarryBrown outlets with her friends. The reason why she enjoy visiting MarryBrown is because she thinks that the food serve in MarryBrown is better than other fast food restaurants. Usually she prefer to dine in because the environment is not too bad. At the end of the interview, the interviewee comment that the food serve in MarryBrown are expensive and she suggest that MarryBrown should lower the price of their product.

Introduction

Hi there, my name is Ng Yip Joe, a student from Tunku Abdul Rahman College who is currently taking the course of ABDM 4064 Business Research.

The purpose of the blog is to publish my findings with the title, To determined why MarryBrown are more prefered compare to others fast food franchises in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Recording were taken during the interview session with few of the customers who were in various MarryBrown outlets.
